What is the difference between Zoom meeting and Zoom Webinar?

Meetings are designed to be a collaborative event, where all participants can see each others. They can turn on or off their video and audio. While Webinars are designed for panelist. Only host and Panelist can share their video, audio and screen. Webinars allows view-only attendees.
